Kathy Oh received her bachelor’s degree in oboe performance at USC and master’s from Indiana University.  As a teaching assistant to legendary oboist, Marc Lifschey, Kathy received the full scholarship while attending Indiana University.  Kathy also received full scholarship studying with Barbara Northcutt and David Weiss at USC.

Upon graduation, Kathy freelanced with many professional orchestras such as San Francisco Ballet Orchestra, California Symphony Orchestra, and Sacramento Symphony Orchestra.

Currently, Kathy holds large private studio and freelance around greater Los Angeles area, enjoying diverse opportunities in performing and teaching oboe.
